I got these to wear with short boots. They fit really nicely over my foot and stay on very well but I had holes in both feet at my toes by the end of the evening. Obviously I'm not going to wear these with open-toed shoes so it would be nice if they came up with a reinforced toe option. Next time I might pick something a bit cheaper and just expect that they're pretty disposable after a wear or two.

These socks are awesome! They were a little pricier than other socks, but the craftsmanship is better. I bought them to wear with my Tom's during the winter so my feet don't get cold and clammy. They are perfect, and even though my Tom's are a little loose, and rub against the backs of my heels, the socks still stay on. Also very comfortable. I'll have to save up $12 to buy another 2 pairs. Ha.

These socks definitely do not slip. There's a little plastic tab at the end that keeps it from slipping as well as preventing any blistering that could result without socks. The front is a little high, but they go perfectly with my boat shoes. If you're planning on wearing these with flats, I'd recommend another pair with a lower cut front.
